## Fastest path

1. Initialize the MCP server.
2. Use prompt `one_minute_reset`, or call tool `get_one_minute_support` directly.
3. When choosing is burdensome, omit `state`.
4. Present the returned `sixty_second_action`, `permission_to_stop`, and `companion_message` without asking another question first.

### get_one_minute_support

Use immediately when there is no immediate danger and the person needs one tiny next action.

Optional input:
- `state`: a supported state ID
- `locale`: `ja`

Do not require the person to select a state. The tool returns structured content and a small ChatGPT-compatible card.

### list_one_minute_states

Use only when a developer or client needs the supported IDs. Do not call this first for a distressed person.
